If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date it was purchased.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.
Items must be in the original packaging.
Customers need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer returns on sale items.
When returning your item we will inspect it, notify you of the decision and organise a refund.
If you feel a product has a viable warranty claim under the specific conditions of the manufacturer, please fill out our warranty form to initiate the warranty process.
For bike and snowboard equipment please note the serial number and include a clear photo of the serial number.
If your return is approved, we will can refund to your credit card or with cash. You can also use it as store credit at a later date if you have a store account at Evolution.
You will receive the credit within a week, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The easiest way to book your bike rental is through our CheckFront service found here
Using the menu bar you can navigate between all our rental offerings from DH to Valley Trail bikes. Simply specify your date and pick your model of bike, and go on to complete your rider details and bike setup.
Through our online system you can pay for damage waivers and sign the liability release, making it easy on the day of your ride.
Our online reservation system has a secure payment system via PayPal.
Cancellations will be refunded in full if made 48 hours or longer before the reservation date.
Before your ride.
You will be receiving a separate email with the Liability Waiver to read and sign before you arrive.
Please ensure you have all your documents to collect your bike from us.
Should you not have your documents, you will unfortunately not be able to rent a bike. Please see terms & conditions below for more details
We will have the bikes set up per the rider weight and brake preference you noted on the booking form. Please email or call us if you need to change/update the rider weight or brake set-up.
All riders must wear a helmet. We have TLD DH helmets available to rent for $15/day and armour pad sets which include knee and elbow for $10/day - no need to reserve helmets or armour. The XC/Trail helmets are come free of charge.
Remember to bring your riding shoes, gloves, goggles and any other gear you prefer to ride with. Prepare for a day on the hill!
If you have pedals that you would like to ride with (SPD or flats) please bring them along and we can put them on any bike you are renting.
On the day
Evolution opens at 9:30am and closes at 8pm (2021 season). Evolution is located between the main Village Square (Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Araxi's) and the Conference Centre. There is parking at the Conference Centre or at the hotel entrances of Adara, Crystal Lodge and Listel. There is also parking at the Village Day Lots
When you arrive at the store please and allow 15-25 minutes for finalising the booking and your bike set-up.

Remember you are engaging in a strenuous physical activity, it is best to fuel up and warm-up accordingly
If you are planning on going for a longer trail ride and further away from any assistance, we can equip you with a spare tube, tire levers and a pump.
We encourage customers to return the bike during their lunch break, to be securely locked at the store. Cards and IDs can be returned until you are ready to take the bike out again.
Bikes must be returned each evening 30 minutes before the shop closes for storage and tuning.
Please rinse bikes at the wash station at the bottom of the Bike Park before returning them each evening. If the bike is returned to us dirty we will charge a $20 cleaning fee.
We offer 10% off any additional purchases in Evolution Whistler during your rental period.

Rental Terms & Conditions
All renters are required to fill out the Release of Liability form, and there is an optional Damage Waiver that may be purchased for $30 per day to cover damages to the rental equipment - the Damage Waiver does not cover theft or negligent use. It takes about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork; you are also welcome to come in the day or evening before your rental reservation to fill out the paperwork - It is only necessary once per rental period.
You must have a valid credit card and Government ID in order to rent a bike with us. These are securely kept with your paperwork for the duration of the rental. This is a non-negotiable condition for our rentals and is there to protect us from theft. We realise this can be an inconvenience for some however we ask that you plan your trip accordingly with this condition.
If you do not have your documents when picking up your bike we are more than happy to give you a full refund or move your reservation to another date.
**NOTE: Whistler Bike Park ticket purchase requires that you show ID - please purchase and pick up your ticket BEFORE coming to pick up your rental bike**
All riders must wear a helmet.
All under 18s must have a guardian present during their booking
Multi-Day pricing applies to the same bike booked for multiple days for the same rider. The days do not have to be consecutive.
We offer Valley Trail bikes, full suspension trail bikes and DH bikes. It is for this reason that we only let our DH bikes be used for the park. Whistler bike park is a huge bike park and you will have the most fun on a purpose built DH bike. Under no circumstances are trail bikes to be used on uplift served trails.
Rental Bikes should be returned to Evolution as a possible should any issue with the Bicycle arise.
No adjustments to the suspension, tire pressure or mechanics of the Rental Bike are to be made. Return to Evolution for adjustments by our technicians.
Return the Rental Bike to Evolution by 7:30pm ($20 fee after 8pm) .
Bikes need to be rinsed off before return. If the bike is returned to us dirty we will charge a $20 cleaning fee.

COVID-19 Action Plan
Following the guidelines of the Provincial Health Authority, we have created a specific Covid-19 Action Plan for our store
Established hygiene practices and proper Covid-19 protocol has been communicated to all staff
Currently, all customers & employees must sanitize before entering the store
Maximum six customers plus the staff inside the shop at one time.
The shop has been fitted with sufficient signage outlining these measures before entering.
We have 3 fans and a ventilation system running at all times and our two doors are open throughout our working hours.
Our rental items are sanitized before and after any customer contact.
